WHAT I DO?

PACS Molds has been supporting its customers worldwide for more than 25 years in the field of plastic injection in all types of structures. Project management following the SQCD approach (Safety, Quality, Costs, Deadlines) is the "leitmotif" of PACS Molds.

PACS Molds offers these services through different activities and areas of expertise:

- Internal and external customer/supplier relations;
- Project development;
- Reception, validation;
- Tool tracking;
- Maintenance.

At these beginnings, in 1996, PACS Molds polishes, regulates and adjusts injection equipment all over the world.

I then perfected myself through maintenance, preventive and curative maintenance up to complex mold modifications.

In particular, I learned how to do an extraction alignment (battery) and the importance of which is crucial for the reliability of the mold.

From 2014, I receive molds in addition to the usual checks (complete dismantling) I prepare these for their industrialization and offer the associated documentation to facilitate their maintenance/follow-up.

I make the necessary adjustments until they are approved for production.

I follow the standards and methodologies specific to each client to provide them with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to monitor my services.

From 2016, I work on the validation of molds around the world. Geographically very mobile, I develop my knowledge thanks in particular to CATIA V5.

In close collaboration with the R&D project teams, drafters and various trades from quality to process, I guarantee the feasibility and reliability of the projects entrusted to me.

During these 25 years of experience, I had the chance to develop my art on different types of molds:

- Variable dimensions, from less than 1T to more than 25T;
- Single or multi-cavity;
- Different types of finishes up to 1 micron polishing;
- Various types of injection, such as traditional, bi-material, tri-material and multi-layer;
- Different sectors, although most of my experiences are in the automotive sector.

My clients entrust me with the following titles and responsibilities: Tool tracker, Plastics Engineer, Research and Development, Adjuster.

I am available for you to ensure short or long- term assignments, very versatile, flexible in geographical terms and in terms of working hours.
